AI Readiness Audit
One week inside your business. We map how work actually flows, find the three automations worth real money, and hand you a costed plan.
Artificial intelligence tailored to suit you.
We design, build and run AI systems inside small businesses — hours, invoices, quotes and inboxes wired to models that do the boring work. Then we hand you the keys.
Every engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a working system at the end of it. Pick the one that matches the mess you have today.
One week inside your business. We map how work actually flows, find the three automations worth real money, and hand you a costed plan.
One workflow, end to end: quotes, invoices, onboarding, dispatch. Built with human approval built in, live in three weeks.
An internal assistant that knows your price list, policies and past jobs — with citations, permissions and a clean audit trail.
Connect the tools you already pay for — accounting, CRM, payroll, inbox — so the model stops guessing and starts working.
Rules, red-teaming, logging and a human in the loop. The part enterprise vendors charge six figures for, scoped for a small team.
Two sessions that teach your staff to prompt, review and trust the system — so the capability stays after we leave.
Most vendors hand you a tool and leave the joins to you. We design the whole chain inside your business — enquiry to job, quote to invoice, hire to first shift — so the work moves itself and your people only make decisions.
6–8 weeks, fixed scope after the audit. Includes mapping, build, integration and a 30-day stabilisation window. A care plan is recommended so it keeps running.
Scope your AI officeOur own workforce platform — and the clearest example of what we install. On the Premium plan people clock in on arrival: the site is geofenced, the phone confirms presence, and the shift opens with one tap (hands-free detection on supported devices). No badge, no button, no kiosk queue.
Because arrival writes the hour instead of a typed correction later, there are far fewer manual adjustments to unpick on Friday: no retro-edited shifts, no "I forgot to clock out", no arguing over a rounded time. Records are kept for six months and exportable on request, so an audit, a wage query or a dispute is answered from the record rather than from memory. Breaks, sick, personal and vacation stay in their own records, the who's-in board shows who is on site right now, and the weekly close runs through a verification of the time process — the work is checked, and in Premium two named people confirm it — before anyone hits pay.
Arrival-based clock-in is a Premium capability; the one-time licence ships the standard clock-in screen. Both run the same timesheets and absence records; the two-person verification of the time process is Premium-only.
Products are the components; architecture is the plan that connects them — we design and build the fully automated workflow around them too.
It is the reference build for what we do — a small business system with the controls a finance team actually needs.
We host, support and update it. Standard clock-in, timesheets, weekly close.
Everything in Managed, plus arrival-based clock-in and verification of the time process: two people confirm the week before you hit the pay button.
Install on your own server, yours to keep. Core clock-in and timesheets. Arrival automation and two-person verification stay in Premium.
Scheduling, time-off approvals, CFO release workflow, payroll exports.

One workflow, working, in weeks.
Keep it healthy, keep improving.
Every build needs a home. Choose the response time and the number of calls that match how much you depend on it.
| Plan | Calls / mo | Response | Price |
| Essential | 3 | 48 h · support hours | $450 |
| Growth | 6 | 24 h · support hours | $950 |
| Partner | Up to 10 h of changes | Same business day | $1,900 |
No bundles you don't need. Buy the block when you need it.
All prices in USD and exclusive of tax. A service fee is excluded from every price shown and is charged on each transaction, including one-time projects, retainers, upgrades and product licences. Third-party model and API usage is billed at cost. Quotes are fixed once scoped and signed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Figures are indicative and drawn from completed work; final scope, timing and price are set in a signed statement of work, and timings assume timely access to your systems and data.
A price is only good if it survives delivery. These are the numbers behind ours, assuming a blended delivery cost of about $80 an hour.
The audit is deliberately the cheapest entry — it costs us little and sells the build. Care plans carry the margin and the relationship: a build without a retainer is a one-night stand.
Every AI roadmap is written for a company with a data team, a consultant and a six-figure budget. Most businesses have none of those — they have a manager who closes payroll on Friday and a roster on the wall.
Kinetic starts at five seats, costs about a coffee per employee per day, and needs nobody technical to run it.
Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us what eats your time; we'll tell you whether AI can fix it, what it would cost, and what it won't do.
Standard terms: 50% deposit on projects, 14-day notice on retainers, liability capped at fees paid in the previous three months, change requests quoted before work. Full terms provided with every statement of work.
Client interference. If the client, or anyone the client brings in, alters, suspends, overrides or interferes with the infrastructure, integrations, credentials or automations we have built or configured, we may treat the engagement as terminated by the client for cause. In that event the agreement is void, fees already paid are forfeited as liquidated damages, and the full remaining contract value becomes payable immediately. Reinstatement, if we agree to it, is quoted and treated as new work.
